More Direct Deliveries

Universal Arches has further expanded its direct delivery and collection service to include the postcodes of Peterborough (PE), Cambridge (CB), Colchester (CO), Norwich (NR) and Ipswich (IP).
In April 2011, Universal Arches implemented a pioneering new delivery process for the bending sector, so a large proportion of customers could receive direct deliveries and collections on specific dates. Prior to this, the bending sector had relied on the large national carriers despite the risks associated with multiple handling, use of delivery hubs and the subsequent threat of damaged or missing products.
Through the close working relationship with a specialised local transportation company, this new delivery and collection service has been further refined and expanded to include the Eastern region of the UK. Existing customers within 75 miles of Universal Arches continue to receive the same free delivery service on company vehicles, whilst those in the other main areas of the UK will benefit from direct deliveries and profile collections on nominated days.
